Nalanda: Library and Information Centre has introduced the Library Family Membership Card for IIMK community members. Interested faculty and staff may fill in the required details and authorize the Library and Information Centre to issue the card.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This card is valid only for use at the IIMK Library and Information Centre (LIC) for library-related transactions. It is not valid as an identity proof for use at other institutions or locations.
2. Any loss of the card must be reported immediately to the LIC to facilitate prompt cancellation or blocking.
3. The employee is fully responsible and accountable for any misuse of the card.
4. Only one card will be issued per family.
5. Members must return the card to the LIC upon retirement or resignation from the Institute.
   1. By accepting the card, the member agrees to abide by all rules and regulations outlined in the IIMK LIC’s Circulation Policy.

Individuals engaged in research, consultancy, or project work under an IIM Kozhikode faculty member are eligible for temporary access to Nalanda -Library and Information Centre (NLIC) facilities and resources as per prevailing copyrights provisions and E-resources usage policy of NLIC, and subject to approval
